Here at The Fitness Lodge we have some exciting new add ons! With our new refresh underway we are now also announcing some new classes to add to our already established list! Our experienced trainers will be more than happy to welcome you to our range of classes, including…

– Boxing

Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

– Bootcamp

Bootcamp is defined as: a short, intensive, and rigorous course of training. No doubt the first thing that comes to mind when you read boot camp is military related exercises. While yes, many of the exercises involved in a Fitness Boot Camp are similar to those of the armed forces (pushups, pullups, crunches, aerobics, anaerobes etc.), there is no drill-instructor screaming in your face or crawling through a field of barbed wire with a weapon. Rather, a Fitness Boot Camp is a congregation of like-minded, common-goal-oriented, individuals who all work together to build strength and overall fitness.

– Metafit

A 30 minute metabolic workout where each exercise is performed to the maximum with set rest intervals. Combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire.

– Pilates (Coming Soon)

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen and tone your muscles while improving your posture and alignment. With a focus on your core and slow and controlled repetitive movements, Pilates helps to improve your overall fitness, balance and flexibility.

– Yoga

Improve your posture, strength, and flexibility with a yoga class at The Fitness Lodge, suitable for all skill levels in a easy going non-intimidating environment.

– Strength/Building

Our Strength and Conditioning class is a full-body workout to improve physical performance. Under the supervision of our trained instructors, you’ll be working with kettlebells and barbells performing agility drills to build strength and endurance. It’s a class that does exactly what its name suggests!

– Semi Private Sessions

Semi private personal training is basically training multiple people at the same time. Each person is doing their own personalised workout, but the coach is managing the session and guiding each person through their own workout. This means you are getting a very personal experience but in a non intimidating way due to the fact you are training with a small number of committed members all helping and supporting each other to be as good as you can be!
