Set yourself up for success next year by getting a head start on training — while still enjoying some holiday treats so this is why you should start your body transformation before Christmas

Holiday time, parties, the festive indulgence and much more — there are plenty of excuses for putting off training until the new year. Don’t. Here’s why:

1. Training = working off those festive meals..

…and all the delicious snacks everyone is bringing into the office. We fully understand enjoying Christmas entertaining, stuffing, and fully loaded roast dinners along with a heavy dose of alcohol, but if your indulgence goes up as your exercise levels go down, your  health & fitness can suffer in a big way.

2. You’ll be 6 weeks ahead weight loss & fitness wise by January

Let us explain: why should you start your body transformation, personal training program before Christmas If you start on December 1st instead of slacking off till Mid January, you’ll be a month into your training schedule, instead of a month behind, by 2019—having to spend January just doing catch up. By our calculations, this puts you 6 weeks ahead of schedule. We aren’t about to argue with that math.

3. New Year’s resolutions are cliché (and fail)

Don’t be one of those people who buys a gym membership January 1 and gives up by January 5. If you can keep training up through the holidays, there’s no way you’ll fall off the bandwagon (like everyone else…) End-January.

4. Christmas Parties

Chances are you have a Christmas party to attend, either with Family or a work function. These events can be pretty scary especially if your not feeling 100% body confident, 4-6 weeks out can mean progress is still possible! We all want to feel amazing in that little black dress or slim fit suit..
